Our shipping costs are detailed as follows. The goods are shipped by Heinz Bauer Manufakt GmbH, Robert-Scott-Str. 3, 72768 Reutlingen, Germany. The ordered goods will be delivered to the shipping address specified in your order. If in stock, we ship as soon as possible. Delivery is by UPS.
Please note: jackets made individually for you have a production time of 7–8 weeks.

Shipment is via UPS parcel service. Larger orders are shipped via freight forwarding.
Shipping cost information
The shipping costs incurred for your order will be clearly communicated to you before concluding the order process, in the summary in the shopping cart and at checkout. You can pay in advance, by PayPal or by credit card (Mastercard, Visa or American Express). Shipping costs are shown separately on the invoice.
Customs information
Deliveries to non-EU countries will incur additional duties, taxes and charges to be paid by the buyer. These will be charged to you upon delivery of the shipment. Please ask the appropriate authority of your country about the amount of customs duties / VAT to be paid before placing an order.
