Jackets for eternity. Our jackets are made to the highest standards so that they last for many years. Should your favourite piece ever show signs of wear, you can send it to us for repair at any time.

Repaired where it was made

Every Heinz Bauer jacket is handcrafted in our manufactory in Reutlingen-Oferdingen, and that is exactly where it is repaired. Since our products are made by hand and are therefore unique, we assess each repair individually: from new zips and re-stitched seams to replacing entire leather panels. In many cases even a badly damaged favourite piece can be saved.

How it works

Describe the damage using the form below, ideally with your jacket model and a short description. We will get back to you with an individual assessment and all details on sending in your jacket. The repair itself is carried out at cost in our workshop, and your jacket returns to you ready for the next years.
